Return & Exchange Policy

At Deeter Custom Saddlery, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made leather goods. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer exchanges on belts* only under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are available for a different belt size only.
  • The item must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value.

Please carefully follow our sizing instructions before selecting your belt size to avoid the need for an exchange.

*NOTE: This applies to in-stock belts ONLY. Fully custom belts cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Request an Exchange

If you need to exchange a belt for a different size, please Contact Us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The belt size you originally ordered
  • The new size you need

We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Final Sale Items

All custom saddles, tack, and custom order belts are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
